If you experience a concern that is related to the application (not preparation or aftercare), please contact me within 24 hours and before attempting to correct it yourself. I will gladly assess the issue and, if appropriate, offer a complimentary touch-up.

Please note that concerns resulting from improper preparation or aftercare are not eligible for complimentary corrections.
