Spray Tan Policy

Deposit

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and must be sent within 2 hours to

anna@NakedSprayTan.com. The deposit is applied to your appointment. If not received, your booking

will be cancelled.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes. With proper notice, your deposit can be

transferred to one rescheduled appointment within 1 month. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a

25% cancellation fee. Less than 60 minutes’ notice will be charged the full service fee. Cancellations

must be made directly with your technician (emails are not accepted). We understand that life happens

— please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Late Arrivals

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be cancelled and require a new deposit to rebook.

No-Shows

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in additional charges and may require prepayment for

future bookings. Clients with repeated no-shows will no longer be eligible to book.

Agreement

Booking an appointment confirms you have read and agreed to this policy.
