Booking & Cancellation Policy

Reservation Fee

A $30 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your appointment. The reservation fee must be received within 2 hours of booking by e-Transfer to anna@nakedspraytan.com .

Your reservation fee will be applied toward the total cost of your appointment. If the reservation fee is not received within the required time, your appointment will be cancelled.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

With 24 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment within 30 days.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled with less than 60 minutes' notice, or missed without notice, will be charged the full service fee.

To cancel or reschedule, please call and speak directly with your spray tan artist. Voicemails, emails, text messages, and social media messages are not accepted as cancellation notices.

We understand that unexpected situations happen. If you have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment cancelled and will be required to book a new appointment with a new reservation fee.

No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full service fee. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings or may result in booking privileges being declined.

Agreement

By booking an appointment with Naked Spray Tan Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking Policy.
